These FAQs are designed to provide a better understanding of TSC products, technical services, our licenses and our other legal and technical tools. They provide basic information, sometimes about fairly complex topics.

  • Is my product covered by the warranty?

    All products carry a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the warranty booklet provided.
    Certain product may have a reduced period of warranty if purchased on auction.
    We recommend all customers register their product warranty at the time of purchase.

  • Will I be charged for the service call?

    Providing your product is within the warranty period and the fault found is a product failure and not a result of a misuse of the product, there will be no charge for the service call however customer may be responsible for freight.
    However if the fault found is as a result of misuse, then a regular service call charge may be applied.

  • How do I make my warranty claim?

    Please complete the form under the Warranty Registration page.
    Please note that it's important to have accurate information, in particular your serial number and contact details.

  • Prior to making a warranty claim, please check the user manual to ensure correct use of the product, note the following:
  •     TV/AV:
  • All cables are properly connected.
  • Power supply is connected.
  • Batteries in your remote control and are all new.
  •     Refrigerators:
  • Power supply.
  • Temperature setting in  accordance with product manual guidelines.
  • Check and make sure that the Water filter is properly installed.
  •     Washing Machines:
  • Some models require hot and cold water to work properly.
  • Ensure that shipping bolts have been removed prior to use.
